Network Photos is now part of Nimmo
If you've been around Greymouth a while, you'll probably remember Network Photos.
In 2020 we purchased the long-standing Greymouth business and brought its photo printing and lab services - including Mel - into Nimmo Photography & Gallery.
So if you're looking for Network Photos, yep, you've found us. The services locals knew Network Photos for are still available, just now from our gallery.
Meet Mel. Well... sort of.
When we bought Network Photos, we didn't just inherit the printing gear and services, we got Mel too.
She's been printing photos for longer than any of us can remember, is an absolute workhorse and will give pretty much anything a go. She's very often the person behind the scenes getting your photos printed, copied, restored, downloaded or otherwise sorted.
And behind the scenes is exactly where Mel likes to stay. She's much happier hiding behind the computer or printer than being anywhere near our cameras, which is slightly inconvenient when you work for photographers.
There was also one important condition when she came across from Network Photos:
Mel gets the week of the Roar off. Every year. It's in the contract.
Photo printing + enlargements
We print everything from your everyday photos through to larger prints for frames and walls.
Whether you've got one favourite, holiday photos, family snaps, old photographs you'd like another copy of, or approximately 4,872 photos of your children that have never made it off your phone, we can help.
We can also help with sizing, cropping and choosing the best option for your photograph.
More than just printing
There's quite a bit we can help with beyond standard photo prints.

- Film developing — we can take care of sending your film away for processing
- Photo scanning + digitising — bring in old photographs, negatives or other images you'd like turned into digital files
- Copying old photographs — including making new prints from existing photos
- Photo restoration + repairs — for old, damaged or faded photographs

- Passport + ID photos
- Photos from phones + devices — we can help get photos off your phone, camera, memory card, USB or hard drive and into print
- Memory cards + photo storage — available in the gallery

Looking for something a little more special?
For photographers, artists, exhibition work or photographs you want printed on archival fine art papers, we also offer Fine Art Printing using our large-format Epson printer.
