Shipping + Delivery

We ship orders from our gallery in Greymouth, New Zealand, throughout New Zealand and internationally.

How long will my order take?

For items we have in stock, we aim to pack and send orders as quickly as possible during our normal gallery hours. Within New Zealand, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days.

Landscape prints are produced here at Nimmo Gallery. We often have a selection of prints and sizes in stock and ready to go, while others are printed and finished to order. Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for printing, finishing and dispatch, particularly for larger or framed orders.

Need it sooner? Get in touch before ordering, if we have your print in stock, or can fit it into our production schedule, we can often get it on its way much sooner.

Delivery time with the courier is additional to these turnaround times and will vary depending on your location.

New Zealand shipping

Orders are carefully packed and sent from Nimmo Gallery in Greymouth.

Orders under $150: $8 shipping
Orders over $150: Free shipping

Local pickup: Free
Free pickup is available from Nimmo Gallery, 102 Mackay Street, Greymouth. We'll let you know when your order is ready to collect.

International shipping

We ship loose landscape prints internationally to many destinations.

Australia:
Orders under $400 - $20
Orders $400 and over - $40

Rest of the world:
Loose landscape prints - $60 flat rate

At this stage, international shipping through our online store is primarily available for unframed landscape photography. If you're interested in having something else sent overseas, or have a larger or unusually shaped order, get in touch at gallery@nimmophoto.co.nz and we'll work out the best shipping option for you.

Fragile items

We take plenty of care when packing fragile items for their journey. Once a parcel is with the courier, however, its handling is outside our control.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the parcel, packaging and damaged item so we can help.

All prices on our website are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless another currency is selected using the currency selector.
