Sometimes being in the right place at the right time really does pay off.
Stew was on a tramping trip on Stewart Island in March 2015 and had spent the evening at the South South Hotel for the famous quiz night. Walking outside afterwards, they were greeted by this incredible display of the Aurora Australis. Luckily the camera wasn’t too far away!
